Enrollment/Admission Process

• Call 559-734-7694 to arrange a visit to our school.  During your tour you will view our campus, meet classroom teachers, and see our curriculum in action.
• Tuition fee schedules, admission, and enrollment documents are available in the office. 
• Registration forms and annual registration fee must be paid to secure a spot for your child(ren).
• In compliance with the State of California, prior to the start of school: an Official Birth Certificate, Medical/Health Screening, and immunization records must be on file. ​
• Perspective first through eighth grade students will be screened in order to assess overall academic ability.  This screening includes reviewing last 2 years of report cards and standardized testing results.
• Teacher Evaluation/Recommendation forms: the teacher/director/principal are asked to mail the forms directly to GCS within 15 business days of receipt.

Financial Aid
TADS (Tuition Aid Data Services) is used to conduct financial need assessments for interested families. Only students who have completed the Enrollment Process will be considered for Financial Aid. You may apply for tuition assistance by completing the the online TADS application. TADS charges a non-refundable fee per family for this service and you are asked to upload your recent W-2, 1040 tax forms, etc. Award amounts may be impacted by timeliness of application, fulfillment of prior years' obligations, and the number of financially qualifying families sharing available assistance funds. Keep in mind that applying for financial aid does not guarantee you will be eligible for assistance, and eligibility does not guarantee that financial aid will be available. Families foreseeing a financial need should prayerfully explore all possible resources of alternate funding. Once applications are completed with all requested documents, they will be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee (FAC) and an interview will be conducted. Financial aid is awarded on an annual basis, requiring the application process to be completed before each school year.
