Enrollment/Admission Process
Please feel free to contact the school office regarding questions or concerns.
- Call 559-734-7694 to arrange a visit to our school. During your tour you will view our campus, meet classroom teachers, and see our curriculum in action.
- Tuition fee schedules, admission, and enrollment information is available in the office.
- Online registration and an annual registration fee must be paid to secure a spot for your child(ren).
- In compliance with the State of California, prior to the start of school: an Official Birth Certificate, Medical/Health Screening, and immunization records must be on file.
- Perspective first through eighth grade students will be screened in order to assess overall academic ability. This screening includes reviewing last year's report card and standardized testing results.
- Teacher Evaluation/Recommendation forms: the teacher/director/principal are asked to mail the forms directly to GCS within 15 business days of receipt.

TADS Admissions & Enrollment Information
Grace Christian School has transitioned to a fully online admissions and enrollment process through TADS, including tuition payment and billing. Families can conveniently complete applications, submit required documents, and manage tuition payments all in one place. While we encourage the use of the online system, we still accept exact cash or check payments if delivered to the school office before the due date. Please note that tuition payments are now due on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 5th will be considered late and will incur a late fee from both TADS and Grace Christian School.
